Very bad decision to go to this hotel. - Check in is late and unorganized. - Elevator not working and the other is piled up and always late. - the security system was down yesterday and apparently the day before (as other guests say) so the door key not working and the reception can not come with people wanting to get into their rooms. - no room service and all reception, room service do not answer phones. - A/C is not working and the so called technician will try to convince you that this good night!! No cool and no fan low or high. Just one flow. - towels and beds are not clean and smell bad. - breakfast is poor on choices and extremely poor in quality. - car parking is a nightmare. Never again.

Location is exceptional and view is very good! Still, poor service and not satisfactory at all. No one cares if you're call them and ask for maintenance. AC was dripping water all night and when I called for maintenance, IVR routed me to receptionist and then receptionist routed me to kitchen and simply no one is there for maintenance.👎

It's okay for a very short visit though prices are high for the quality. Room was okay but the bed wasn't comfortable. I called them to change the mattress or change the room and they changed the mattress very quickly. Wifi connection was very good and fast inside the room. The view was great even through it's a side view. Location was very good too The housekeeping staff were very helpful and brought me extra bottles of water as well because I was working during my stay so I couldn't let them clean the room. Suhoor was a set menu but it was very poor to be honest so I didn't like it or even finish it. Not sure if I'll go again but it would definitely be an emergency like this time 😅
