A terrible experience, and I absolutely do not recommend it. The order took over two hours to prepare with no real means of communication; all phone numbers were disconnected, even the hotline was unavailable. I tried contacting them through the website, WhatsApp, and Messenger, but received no response whatsoever. I finally got a reply after an hour and a half of waiting! I asked for the delivery driver's number multiple times, but it wasn't provided, which only worsened the experience and highlighted the lack of transparency. When I received the order, the food was relatively cold, which is unacceptable after such a long delay. To be fair, the delivery driver was professional and efficient and made no mistakes. The entire problem lies with the restaurant's management, its poor organization, and its communication issues. A dissatisfied experience, and I will not be returning. I know it's stressful, but there needs to be more organization.

The food wasn't what I expected. He gave me a cold fatet shawema; it was literally cold. But the sandwich was good.

Fast food style Egyptian shwarma loved by the locals. Portions are huge. Found the meat a tad dry. Downside : no toilets inside restaurant.

The flavour of the dishes were good but the quality of the food could be better, takes 20 minutes to prepare the order, both the meat and the chicken were dry, only the Shawarma wrap was good. It didn’t meat the expectation & they forget to serve the drinks.
