Lovely place to dine in with family ,Authentic with elegant touch ,Our waiter was so polite and sweet . We had main course and drinks and finished with nuttela waffle. I do recomend it so much and I am sure it is my way to go every time in Maadi Cairo

The place is very cozy, surrounded by beautiful trees, and the atmosphere is really relaxing. The food is reasonably priced for the quality, and all of the chicken sandwiches we tried were delicious. However, the staff manager made the experience uncomfortable. He kept looking at us through the window every few minutes, which felt very intrusive. There should be cameras if monitoring is necessary, not someone constantly watching customers. This is especially uncomfortable if you're a girl or if you're visiting with your sister or wife. Another unpleasant situation happened when we came as a group. Everyone ordered food except one friend because there wasn't anything suitable for her on the menu, so she had her own sandwich. The staff manager saw it through the window, came outside, and told her it wasn't allowed in a rude way. A simple warning would have been enough, but even after we put it away, he kept watching us every few minutes, which made us feel tense and uncomfortable. The cats are cute, but they bite and scratch, and there is cat hair all over the place. Anyone with cat allergies could have a hard time there. The place is somewhat hidden from the street because the trees block the entrance. Attention to outdoor cleanliness is zero (I’m specifically talking about the sofas). There are many cats in the place. At first they were cute but they became annoying, especially since two of my friends got bitten and we couldn’t eat during meal time. Speaking of food, we were five people and four ordered food from the place with a bill of 700 EGP, and the fifth person brought their own food from another place because the available food wasn’t to their liking. When we started eating, the morning shift staff manager came and made the fifth person put their food away. In fact, that staff manager was very rude because he kept watching us to see if our friend would eat or not. Regardless of the fact that we didn’t see any instructions that outside food or drinks were prohibited when we checked the place’s page before going, it’s a completely unethical behavior and makes you not want to deal with the place again. Our experience was highly positive, as we were able to promptly accommodate a group of 22 individuals for a small birthday celebration. The event was exceptional, and the waitstaff demonstrated remarkable kindness and helpfulness.

The place was quite and nice, with a friendly stuff. Coffee quality wasn't good but the have some good fresh juices and smoothies. The outdoor area was so nice but it was too hot to set there, indoor has AC.
