i arrived for a haircut at 4. i have an appointment at 6. i ask him how many people are before me, he says just the person cutting and one more meaning i’ll finish on time. come 4:45, that person finishes, so i get up to cut. suddenly, apparently two people booked online which gives them priority over me despite him putting my name as after the person once i arrived. now i will be missing my appointment due to their incompetence.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I brought my two sons, 16 and 13 years old, to this salon for highlights. The manager personally recommended Sari, telling me he was “the best of the best” and famous for his highlights. I trusted her recommendation — BIG MISTAKE. I explained to Sari exactly what we wanted: LIGHT BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS, and I also explained the haircuts we wanted. He told me the whole process would take 2 hours maximum. Instead, my boys were there for 5½ HOURS!!! And after waiting all that time, THIS is what we got. My 16-year-old had almost NO visible highlights. He actually asked Sari to add more, and Sari REFUSED. My 13-year-old had ASH GREY/WHITE hair instead of the light blonde highlights we specifically requested. It looked horrible. This was NOT what we asked for, and honestly, I was shocked when I saw it. And the haircuts? Almost nothing was done, even though we had clearly discussed what we wanted. To make matters worse, my 16-year-old also came home with a CUT ON HIS NOSE after an unprofessional facial. I ve been cutting my hair me and my son for 2 years now Never had a complaint Staff are friendly and professional Especially with my kid And the head and shoulder massage after washing the very much appreciated 😌 Would definitely recommend them

I had a fantastic experience at Ali Yehya with my two boys. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and efficient—we didn’t have to wait at all, which made a huge difference. The atmosphere was very professional yet warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Abdullah El Amir and Ahmed Wael, who were both incredibly skilled and genuinely kind with the kids. They made them feel comfortable and delivered perfect, elegant haircuts—honestly some of the best we’ve had so far. Their attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out. I visited Ali Yehya just out of random searches for Barbers in New Cairo and I was blown away…. I went in to get just a shave and beard clean and ended up doing pedicure and full clean facial… The Prices are reasonable for Egypt and the staff are simply the best they are all amazing…..
