A very bad experience on Mohamed gaber for men I took my son there and they destroyed and ruined his hair and they said they used very good materials for hair coloring and it ends up using only oxygen despite that they took from me a lot of money for only using bad materials on my son hair

had a really disappointing experience. I waited for over an hour, and when it was finally my turn, I used ChatGPT to translate that I only wanted the ends of my hair trimmed—just the dead ends—as I am trying to grow my hair long again. Instead, the hairdresser cut about 4 cm straight across the back, without taking the condition of my hair into account, and then cut quite a lot from the front as well. The actual haircut took around two minutes. After that, she only blow-dried the front of my hair for a moment and then walked away. I sat there waiting because I thought she would finish the rest, but she told me she was done. I found the whole experience very rude and unprofessional. I completely understand that I don't speak the language, but I had made every effort to communicate what I wanted, and I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect. To make matters worse, I've now noticed that the right side of my hair is about 2 cm longer than the left, so even the straight cut across the back wasn't even. I'm really disappointed with both the service and the result.

I got my nails done the day before yesterday at this salon, just basic gel polish, and after 3 hours they were already peeling. I had to paid 400le more than the quoted price, allegedly for a “manicure” that was nothing more than sloppily trimming my cuticles. This upcharge was never discussed prior, and the manner in which it was added after the fact was extremely dishonest and felt predatory. The woman who did my nails could not do an outline on the nails and originally did not even want to layer colors! I asked to layer colors because the salon has the worst color selection of any I have been to…. And the overall experience was no better. Please do not waste your money or time here. For the business, you must improve this or stop offering nail services because right now you are just taking advantage of people…

I showed a full reference video and clearly explained the exact length I wanted. Despite that, my hair was cut at least twice as short as requested. When I expressed that it wasn’t what I asked for, the stylist tried to convince me that it was “for the best,” that my hair was damaged, and that it looked nicer this way. That’s not the point. The point is listening to the client. What made it worse was being told by the owner, “it will grow back.” Hair grows, yes, but trust and confidence in a salon don’t automatically grow back. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

Hard Gel Service Is Very Very Bad, Incompetent & Lacks Required Technical Skills, This Showed Obviously The Following Day Of My Nails Being Done, Never Again !! NB : Not Even 24 h has passed & it started to lift & peel .. Money lost for pathetic result !! Even beginners in hard gel techniques, don't dare to deliver such a mess !! The technician wasn't even able to spread the material evenly, nice & neat on the nail bed !! You can feel the bumps all over many nails. So unprofessional. Also my left ring finger was badly hurt, when she was doing the pedicure part, that it continued bleeding for a while, she tried many things to stop the bleeding in vain. The following Day, someone recognised that my finger is hurt, it was that obvious !!!
