Very disappointing experience. I called before coming and was told it wasn’t busy. When I arrived, I was told there were only two people ahead of me, but I ended up waiting almost an hour. To make things worse, someone who arrived after me was taken before me. The waiting time was unacceptable, and no one gave a clear or honest estimate. Definitely not the experience I expected.
