I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt this experience should be shared. I visited this place for a lip coloring appointment. The place itself is beautiful, cozy, and has a very elegant atmosphere, so my first impression was great. Unfortunately, the service was the complete opposite. The receptionist was very rude, and while speaking to her, her breath smelled strongly of cigarettes. That’s simply unacceptable in a beauty clinic where clients expect a clean and pleasant environment. There was also no organization at all. Everything felt chaotic. When I asked about the best color for my lips and why a certain shade should be used first since my lips are naturally darker, no one took the time to explain. Instead of receiving a professional consultation, I felt like they were repeating memorized answers without actually understanding or caring about my concerns. It honestly seemed like the only goal was to get me into the room and finish as quickly as possible. All of my friends highly recommended this place, which is why I booked my appointment. Everything was just perfect 👍🏻 Receptionist : She is great in marketing and a very good seller. (She looks for what suits me according to the info. that I gave her) Hair treatment was amazing thanks Habiba 🥰💝 First time to go there and it became my favorite place 🥰

I did Argan hair treatment with Marwa and facial peeling with Zainab.. first of all the receptionist Gamila made everything on short notice very convenient and comfortable for me.. she was literally جميلة جدا by all means in her service and cooperation.. then Marwa the hair stylist did a great job with my hair was so good and smooth and quick and also affordable in price :) thank you so much and this great experience definitely motivates to look forward for the upcoming times, won’t be the last time for sure.

Sohaila in the reception is amazing and so honest and no words can describe how helpful she is Andrea the artist is the best and she takes her time and never takes any action until u're completely satisfied about the design , her work is clean and chic

The place is very comfortable, Amanda is by far the most skilled person for microblading at the Tagamoa branch. She’s incredibly talented—she perfectly shaped my brows and made them look so natural without me even giving much direction. She truly pays attention to detail and masters her craft. Honestly, she’s the best microblading artist you could find anywhere. And about sohaila she’s amazing, helpful and so friendly 😍
