It's kind of big supermarket in this area, and there's a chain supermarkets, so you can find all of them in cairo, all the thing here were pretty good. And I recommend you to buy this tissue. It’s ultra-soft, thick, and highly absorbent. A really high-quality paper.👍

I absolutely love shopping here. The entire supermarket is always incredibly clean and organized. The quality of their products is consistently excellent, especially their fresh fruits and vegetables. I also highly recommend checking out their fresh cheese selection and their deli sandwiches—always delicious and fresh. Thank you to the team for keeping this store at such a high standard

Seoudi Supermarket - Maadi 1 Branch is one of the most reliable supermarkets in Maadi, and I’d give it a solid 4/5. It has a really wide variety of products—from fresh fruits and vegetables to imported items, bakery goods, and a well-stocked meat and cheese section. It’s the kind of place where you can usually find exactly what you’re looking for without needing to go elsewhere. The quality is generally very good, especially for fresh items, and the store is clean and well-organized. That said, it can get quite crowded, and the aisles are a bit narrow, which makes moving around slightly inconvenient during peak hours.

Very bad service. I ordered water boxes at 11:30 AM through the Seoudi app and paid in advance via Visa. The app stated the delivery would take a maximum of 2 hours. After 3 hours of no delivery, I called the hotline, explained that we had completely run out of water at home, and was told a complaint was filed and the follow-up department would call me back. Nobody did. An hour later, I called again and received the exact same empty promise. Still, no one called. At 5:00 PM—5.5 hours after placing my order—I called a third time. I was understandably furious and demanded to be transferred directly to the complaints department instead of hearing more empty promises. They put me on hold for a full 30 minutes before finally answering. The order eventually arrived at 5:30 PM, meaning it took a full 6 hours to receive a scheduled 2-hour delivery! This is the second time I’ve faced major issues with online payments here. It strongly appears that Seoudi prioritizes cash-on-delivery orders and completely neglects prepaid ones since they already secured the money. Bad experience, and no respect for customers' time or complaints.

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees, Mohamed Sobhy. He was giving me attitude, seemed aggressive, and his facial expressions were rude and unhelpful. I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave the store. Really disappointing experience. 😢 On another note, the experience (besides Mohamed Sobhy) was wonderful, the atmosphere is good, and great choices for products! Not to mention, I had a wonderful experience in the meat and cheese section. The people there are truly angels! Great service 🤩 I hope Mohamed learns from them!
