I would leave a one star or no star if I had gotten eyelash extensions. The last although she seemed sweet was careless & unprofessional. After 30 minutes my eyes are still burning. 🔥 First - she put the tape under my eyes and left for 15 minutes. Second - she was so hard rubbing my eyes when removing my previous eyelashes & had to tell her to please be gentle. Third- she did it in 25 minutes when she actually got working. Fourth - she said finish open your eyes and the glue was still wet. I told her to give me the fan ..I had to grab it only to find out there was no battery. Fifth - through the whole process, she seemed unconcern although she would apologize but her actions was no concern at all in finding out a way to dry the glue. The other man and a women who was a customer helped me out with eyedrops. I get my lashes done every three weeks for 6 years and stopped at this salon because it had good reviews and have never ever had this problem. Low quality lashes, glue and un properly trained eyelash extension personnel that has no care to be gentle .

My favorite place to get my nails and my hear done ♥️♥️♥️🫶🏻Tried so many different salons in October & Zayed and didn't find any l liked, but Sense Beauty Salon always delivers great Everyone here is so kind and professional 👌♥️- such a lovely experience! Highly recommended✨♥️

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best because of one of the staff members who isnt skilled at all ! She was very unprofessional and made my trip there horrible Also while doing my manicure she injured 3 of my fingers and hurt them badly It’s such a shame that i will never revisit the place because of her Other staff members seemed nice The place needs maintenance though, not the same standards you see around zayed
