⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst salon experience I've ever had. The customer service was beyond disappointing. They only seem polite when you're paying for a service, but the moment you ask a question or voice a concern, their entire attitude changes. The manager was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Technician Henna was aggressive, disrespectful, and made me feel incredibly unwelcome. I've never felt so uncomfortable or poorly treated in a beauty salon. A salon should make its clients feel valued and respected, but this place did the exact opposite. I walked away feeling frustrated and disrespected. I will never return, and I certainly can't recommend this salon to anyone.

Nails: The worst! The girl doesn’t know how to use مبرد and give a proper shape and used a dry nail polish which led too very bad look and I asked her to change it before continuing the rest .. she changed it and still she is not professional in nails at all معظم المانيكير مش مظبوط وطالع ونازل وقشر بعد يومين😀 - Do it yourself better 100 times than doing it in this salon! But for hair styling- they’re good actually

Fantastic experience for the whole family!I recently visited this salon with my daughter and 1-year-old son, and we all got haircuts. I am happy with the results!The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and patient. Cutting hair for a 1-year-old toddler is never easy, but the stylist Miled was so gentle, calm, and friendly that my son didn’t even cry. Both my daughter and I love our new haircuts as well.Highly recommend this place to everyone, especially families! We will definitely be back.
