Sometimes in life you stumble upon something so incredible you think about it for weeks after and dream about it. Without a doubt Egypt’s best bakery. And top 3 bakery’s I have ever been to globally!!! And I’ve lived all across Europe! Go into debt if you have to. Foccacia sandwiches are worth dying for and the lil pastry’s are all insane. Only negative is the coffee! But it doesn’t matter, true artisans. Beyond happy. An Alexandrian gem. And the value for money is next f level.

Worst experience ever! The ordering process is completely chaotic there's no proper queue and people just crowd around you. The order taker was very rude, uncooperative, and loud On top of that, my sandwich barely had any pickles—only two small pieces when it’s supposed to be a main ingredient. The prices on display aren't updated, and the quality has significantly dropped despite the price hikes. They seriously need to maintain their quality and teach their staff how to be polite

The food was very good and fresh. However, our experience was affected by the poor attitude of one staff member. She made a couple of mistakes, including trying to charge us twice for the same item, and didn't even bother to apologize. She wasn't also helpful when explaining their products. On a positive note, the owner was very polite. Unfortunately, if this is the level of customer service, it would make us think twice before returning.

The place isn’t designed for dine in, it’s pretty petite. The girl who took my order was very nice and helpful. I tried the Sicilian sandwich and it was a bit underwhelming. Also got baguette and ciabatta bread. If you came past 9 you’ll probably won’t find any bread available so either come early or preorder.
