I had an extremely disappointing experience at LuLu Hypermarket. The staff were unbelievably rude, completely unhelpful, and honestly seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Simple questions were met with attitude or ignored altogether. What made things even worse was the lack of basic organization and hygiene. At one point, I saw a delivery guy walk straight into the cheese station area, which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. It really made me question how things are being handled behind the scenes. For such a huge supermarket, I expected much better. Instead, it felt chaotic, poorly managed, and not customer-friendly at all. I left frustrated and definitely won’t be coming back.

Good supermarket overall, but I’d avoid the “Abu Auf” section. The spices are left completely uncovered, and I once saw a child playing with them putting her hands in every container while her mother was chatting nearby. When I told a staff member, he said something to the mother but everyone just laughed about it. Very unhygienic, since you can’t wash spices and they go straight into your food. I used to buy from there often, but not anymore until hygiene improves. And this is wat I found in the bread, flies with the bread. Disgusting, the hygiene is horrible

Sophisticated hypermarket that has almost everything from grocery to fresh food to fruits and vegetables to household items to garments to electronic devices. Prices are a bit expensive, yet service is very good and display is so attractive. Overall The hyper market is good but it looks not well organized, many items you will mot find label on it. so many products are available only in few brands which is less quality than others available in the market. Also quality of bakery is really a disaster. And also quality of fresh vegetables and fruits is very bad.

The place was unexpectedly clean and well organized! In an instant it became one of my favorite malls. I nearly found everything plus the self served fruit salad was so so clean and the cut was so neat. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely visit it over and over again. It wasn't so crowded too so that was a plus. The only issue I faced there was the weak mobile signal but everything else was perfect.
