I had a cracked back to my iPhone 15 plus and my battery needed also to be changed i asked for maintenance he told me to give them the phone and buy a new one with a discount for me only i asked him how much the new i phone he said for the new iPhone 15 plus 60 thousand egp..this is the cost of the new iphone 15 plus in any phone store..so he was going to steal my phone doing maintenance for it then sell it for at least 50 thousand egp and at the same time he was asking me to buy a brand new iphone 15 plus with a false discount.. what kind hassling is going in this place

Honestly the service is great my phone was fixed in 48 hours , the time range was at least 2 weeks but I revised the phone day and half later. The technicians are so helpful and nice they walk me through everything and answer all my questions patiently

I took my Macbook Pro because after updating Mac OS it was unable to boot. They told me they needed five days to check it out. Although I told then what the problem was (firmware corrupted) and even telling them that I just needed a factory reset, they still needed five days! I do not recommend to bring your Mac to this store.

UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL! 🛑 I traveled 300KM for an appointment, but the technician lied to me, saying "Staff left," only for me to find out the next day HE was the technician! To hide their failure, they REFUSED to provide a technical report of the device status, despite Apple Support explicitly stating it's my right to receive one. They are trying to hide the confirmed hardware defect to trap me in an 8-week repair period while my 3-month warranty expires. Deceptive staff and a complete lack of transparency. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I visited Switch Plus to repair my laptop screen, which stopped working on its own. Instead of proper support, I was met by a very young and unprofessional employee—barely 16 or 17—who spoke to me with clear disrespect and zero customer service manners. He immediately blamed me for the issue, claiming it was “misuse” and not a manufacturing defect, even though I did absolutely nothing to damage the screen. He told me I’d have to pay nearly 30,000 EGP to replace it, despite the fact that my device is still under warranty. To make things worse, he said the repair would take 8 weeks—whether I was under warranty or not. That’s unacceptable. Apple guarantees quick service for warranty cases, and this kind of delay is outrageous. Switch Plus failed completely as an authorized Apple service provider. The staff lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic customer respect. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
