I went to Switch Plus - Dokki to replace my phone battery and had a great experience. The staff were very patient and took the time to answer all my questions before I signed the service agreement. After running a diagnosis, they explained that my iPhone 13 battery replacement was covered by Apple, so I didn’t have to pay anything. I really appreciated their transparency. The service was completed the same day, which was very convenient. I also appreciated that they spoke English and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!! I would definitely come back for any future service!

Replaced my Iphone 13 pro battery with them, ended up with a broken microphone. I wish for no one to experience the same, use caution while dealing with them if you have to.

I got the vibe they were dealing with me dishonestly. They did not honor my apple care plus and tried to charge me almost $500 for a phone replacement. I will be discussing this with Official Authorized Apple support... later.

I have AppleCare plus on my AirPods and they said they have to keep it for a few days to verify AppleCare, they wouldn’t honor the express replacement from Apple. Also they accused me of having a fake case when my AirPods were purchased in the US from the Crabtree Valley Mall AppleStore. I wouldn’t recommend this place for Quick AppleCare Warranty service. I’ll wait until I go back to the Us to resolve my issue.

This place want to make you pay as much as they can. Customer care is very disappointing, and the technicians are not professional. They diagnosed that my macbook needs a mother board, and it will cost a hill of money, I refused to fix that and just paid them the 750 L.E for the diagnosis and I went to other service center and they find out the problem is something else and the motherboard is pretty fine. They want to just rob you!
