I cannot recommend Degla Pharmacy in Maadi, Cairo enough. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this pharmacy, especially Dr. Tony, who truly went above and beyond to help me. I had been searching for a specific medication across almost every pharmacy in Egypt, and it was either unavailable or being sold at an outrageously inflated price — in some cases, nearly triple the normal cost. At Degla Pharmacy, not only was the medication available, but it was provided at the standard price — nearly a quarter of what other pharmacies were asking. Even better, the full quantity I needed was in stock. On another occasion, when a certain medication was not immediately available, Dr Tony didn’t just turn me away. He actively searched, contacted his colleagues, and made the effort to source it for me. It arrived within a reasonable timeframe and at a fair price. The professionalism, honesty, and genuine care shown by Dr. Tony and the team are rare to find. I am truly grateful for their support. the staff here are either scammers or completely clueless about their own prices. i stopped by in a hurry to grab some pads, asked how much they were, got told 80 egp for 16 sofie pads, even though the real offer is 2 packs of 16 for the same price, they only gave me one pack. i paid and left, but around 10 minutes later, after being told i overpaid, i went back. another guy said he had no idea about prices and called the one who sold them to me. he argued the price was right and claimed he didn’t know about the offer. I then returned it and got refunded. walked to seoudi nearby and got the real offer for the same price. not coming back, either train your staff or stop scamming people.

Dr. Tony is an exceptionally honest and trustworthy Pharmacist , with whom I have had the pleasure of communicating since our initial interaction. He has provided me with clear information regarding the medications he is able to offer, as well as those that are not within his availability . Furthermore, Dr. Tony went above and beyond by providing me with the medications I had been diligently searching for at various pharmacies, all at a regular price. It is truly remarkable to witness such a high level of ethical conduct in the pharmaceutical field, particularly in Egypt.
