Eating out in Egypt runs late: dinner often starts after 20:00, and many restaurants and cafés stay open until midnight and beyond, especially on Thursday nights and in summer. Delivery is everywhere, either by calling the restaurant or through apps such as Talabat and elmenus, sometimes with different prices and offers on each. Many restaurants add a 12 % service charge and 14 % VAT to the bill, so ask for the final price; tipping is customary but optional. During Ramadan the timings shift, with the main rush at iftar and service running on towards suhoor. Egypt's café culture runs from the traditional ahwa and Turkish coffee to modern cafés and specialty coffee in the new cities and malls; many offer Wi-Fi and space to work or study, and some set a minimum spend at busy times.

Opening hours are published for all seven days of the week. The most common schedule is 09:00–00:00. Timings usually change during Ramadan, at Eid and on other public holidays, and some shops open later on Friday around midday prayers, so call before a long trip. You can reach Tabasco Café‎‏ on 010 2022 2265; calling is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses in Egypt also answer on WhatsApp.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 690 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

This business is in Al Nozha, Cairo Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night.

One of our favorite places in Cairo and should visit it every time we come here for food and shisha Food recommendations: Chicken ceasar salad, chicken quesadillas, and cordon bleu Also special thanks to Abdullah

Very nice place with lots of frequent guests enjoying their time on cards and board games while smoking shisha (hookah). Food is rich and very tasty and coffee and juices are great. Also, friendly and swift service. It has indoor and outdoor seating, and the downside is that smoking is allowed indoors.

It's a nice place, decoration is simple , service is quick and coffee is tasty. On the other hand, seats aren't very comfortable, tables are close to each other which is invading your personal space when someone or a group is setting right beside you especially if they're smoking cigarettes or hookah. Besides, price of a small bottle of mineral water is exaggerating as it costs 19 LE before adding 14% VAT and 12% service. I think the owner shall review these comments as chances for improvement.

Cozy place, the staff are very friendly, they offer indoor and outdoor seating, they allow all kinds of card and board games, its a bit loud so I wouldnt recommend to go when you have work or studying to do during busy hours, their shisha is great and the prices are reasonable I tried their hickory chicken and chicken fajita and they were tasty. Perfect place to chill with friends
