For House calls: Absolutely horrible service. They want the full amount of money to be sent to actually reserve the doctor. And when I do send it they want a screenshot of the date and time not just the instapay normal screenshot, and still wouldn’t reserve even after I paid and told them my WhatsApp stopped working because of a storage issue?! When you have an emergency and your child is throwing up and crying….This is not the way to service!! I already had sent them the money but my WhatsApp stopped working but they still did not want to reserve, they can easily just look through their own bank account or instapay to check and confirm! HORRIBLE PEOPLE with no heart!! They can just look at their bank account or their own instapay transaction and also WHY am I paying the full amount before it even gets reserved???! I never pay my normal doctor before I go to him I pay after.. you get the service then you pay OR pay a deposit at least NOT the full amount.. Super shady. I’m never recommending them ever. They made a stressful situation much more stressful.

This is the lowest quality of care I've received in my life. Doctors don't follow through on serious diagnosis, they lost my lab results (twice). My appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled with little to no notice.

Made appointment, turned up early. 3 people waiting before us. Didn’t get in until an hour after the appointment. Not ideal as sick baby and they called 3 times after booking to make sure we are coming. Will be looking for another clinic

Was impressed by the wait time according to appointment as well as cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. However, my son's ear infection went undiagnosed causing him unnecessary pain for several days. Follow-up is great however.

Had a home visit for my son a few weeks back. Doctor arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. If you plan to submit the receipt for reimbursement through a medical plan, you may want to ask them to not check home visit unless you know your coverage includes home visits.
