From breathing to bending bars. Hardcore gym with open area, let the gains begin.

The Club Gym is a gym in Dokki, Giza. It is listed at 9 سليمان اباظه، الدقي، قسم الدقي، محافظة الجيزة 3751410, and this page gathers what people usually check before a visit: where it is, how to get there, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Ask beauty and wellness businesses how long a treatment takes, what the price includes and the cancellation policy, as slots fill fast before Eid and wedding nights, especially in summer. Bridal packages, Moroccan baths, henna and occasion hair styling are popular in Egypt, and many salons offer home service for an extra fee. In the summer heat, workouts move into air-conditioned gyms or to the early morning and evening, while in many towns sport revolves around clubs and youth centres. Check that the business is licensed by the relevant authority. Gyms sell monthly, quarterly and yearly memberships and many set aside ladies-only hours or sections, so ask for a trial session and whether a membership can be frozen.

The business lists hours for one day a week. On most of those days it is open 24 hours. Expect different timings in Ramadan and on public holidays, and a short closure at Friday prayer time in smaller shops. The listed phone number is 010 1756 4436. From abroad dial +20 and then the number without its leading zero (five-digit hotlines work only from within Egypt); calling ahead is the norm for bookings and to confirm timings. More information is available on its website, theclubeg.com.

Google shows a rating of 4.5 out of 5 but no review count yet, so treat the score as an early indication and read the comments as they appear.

This business is in Dokki, Giza Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night.
