One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! 🔥 The place is very clean, the equipment is great and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is really motivating. The staff and trainers are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Definitely a great place to work out, and I highly recommend it! 💪❤️

Sales representative had no customer to the point where he even tried to intimidated me by coming around the counter to square up with me, the gentleman was a 5ft10 with bushy hair as well as being a bit chubby. They tried to lie about the signing in charge, as they said a single month was 2k when my friend did a 6 month contract worth 3.5k, make it make sense ... they don't have good equipment, the gym isn't the cleanest.

The management doesn’t seem to listen to members’ feedback. Every month, they replace one or more coaches or class instructors, even though members aren’t asking for those changes. We’ve raised this concern several times because we don’t want these coaches to be replaced. Many of them are actually great, and members enjoy training with them. Unfortunately, the management keeps making these changes without taking members’ opinions into consideration. What’s even more frustrating is that some excellent instructors are replaced while less qualified ones remain. It makes members feel that their feedback isn’t valued at all.

First of all, I joined the gym and on the very same day a friend of mine joined as well, yet I paid more than she did. It seems that foreigners are charged differently from Egyptians, and even two foreigners can end up paying different prices. There is no clear or fixed pricing system, which I consider dishonest. When I found out about the price difference, I tried to contact the owner or management to file a complaint, but I was prevented from doing so. No one was willing to provide me with a contact number or allow me to reach someone responsible. The sales representative kept telling me not to complain and promised to give me whatever I wanted instead, which made me feel like I had been misled regarding the membership price. Secondly, the sauna in the ladies’ area is always an issue. Every time I ask about it, I am told that it is either not working or that the housekeeping staff do not know how to operate it. When I ask the coaches, they tell me to ask housekeeping instead. Honestly, I do not even know whether it actually works or not, but there is clearly no attention or follow-up regarding this facility. One of the best places I’ve been to, The place is very comfortable and well equiped, they are always smiling and making you feel like you are home. Coach yara is my favorite, she's always smiling, encourging, and on top of things, and I never felt board niether tired. They became like a second family to me and it's a place were all my stress are released and fun at the Same time with the varaitey in classes and sessions. Best place to get healthier, stay fit, lose weight, and enjoy your time...
