Every single drink this barista makes is flawless—each smoothie or drink somehow outshines the last. You can tell they truly know their craft, because every detail is spot-on. And the waiter? Absolutely perfect. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, they made the whole experience even better. Between the drinks and the service, it’s impossible not to leave happy.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The owner was extremely rude and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. I visited with a friend who is not Egyptian, and unfortunately, they were also treated poorly by both the staff and the manager. The level of service was very disappointing, and their attitude and way of responding to customers were completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Imagine that the reply from the owner (attached photo) Here’s my reply Thank you for confirming exactly what I mentioned in my review. Your tone and choice of words perfectly reflect the same lack of professionalism and respect that I experienced during my visit. This kind of response — attacking a guest instead of taking feedback seriously — only proves how poorly this place treats its customers, regardless of nationality. I stand by my review and hope others will consider this behavior before visiting.

I recommend this place. The workers were very nice and friendly, and the shisha was excellent 👍

An awesome rooftop cafe with perfect shisha, great coffee, and tasty local treats. All fairly and clearly priced The staff are so awesome. The entrance to the cafe is from the main street through a little shop. Get the lift to the 5th floor and then up the stairs to get to the rooftop. FYI, it's cash only though as they don't accept foreign cards. Definitely worth a visit ☺️
