About Vetology Veterinary Clinic

Full service veterinary clinic. We offer all the services your pet may need.

Vetology Veterinary Clinic is a veterinary clinic in New Cairo, Cairo. It is listed at Mall 22 Dr. Ahmed Okasha street, محافظة القاهرة 11865, and this page gathers what people usually check before a visit: where it is, how to get there, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Vet clinics are spread across Egypt's towns, some with 24-hour emergency care, offering vaccinations, check-ups, surgery, boarding and grooming, alongside vets who look after livestock and poultry in the countryside. Keep your pet's vaccination record, especially for rabies, which is needed for travel and by many hotels and compounds, and check the legal requirements for keeping certain breeds. In summer never leave animals in a car or walk them in the midday heat, as hot pavements burn paws.

The business lists hours for all seven days of the week. On most of those days it is open 09:00–02:00. Expect different timings in Ramadan and on public holidays, and a short closure at Friday prayer time in smaller shops. The listed phone number is 010 0002 4966. From abroad dial +20 and then the number without its leading zero (five-digit hotlines work only from within Egypt); calling ahead is the norm for bookings and to confirm timings.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 341 reviews, a strong result for a veterinary clinic in New Cairo that points to clearly satisfied customers.

This business is in New Cairo, Cairo Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night.

I brought in a stray dog in a very weak and dehydrated condition. The entire team, from the junior staff to the senior doctors, followed his case with great care, professionalism, and compassion. They genuinely cared about his well-being and provided the treatment he needed. Truly grateful for their kindness and dedication. Highly recommended! 🐾❤️

I have been coming to this vet clinic for over four years. The doctors are incredibly professional, devoted, and dedicated. I’ve noticed that cleanliness and sanitation are always their highest priorities. They consistently follow up on my pet's medical condition and even provide gentle reminders for upcoming vaccinations. The entire clinic crew has my respect.

I visited this clinic to make a rabies titer test to prepare my cat for travelling to germany. The doctor and his team was very competent and provided me with all the important information. The procedure was very professional and the payment was fair. All in all really happy about this experience, since other clinics was not that professional and more like scammers. Can absolutely recommend this clinic! Thanks a lot

One of the best vets we’ve dealt with. They have advanced and fast technology for blood tests and other analysis, which helps in quick diagnosis and immediate results instead of long waiting times. All the staff members are very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and supportive. Special thanks to Dr. Sherif, Dr. Eslam, and Dr. Mariam for always taking good care of our cats and treating them with compassion abd attention.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything. I’ve brought in six cats and kittens to this vet and I’ve met their whole team. They are professional and answer my many questions One of our kittens died and they buried it in a local empty area with my kids present. My female cat was spayed and her surgery went well Alhamdulilah. I’ve asked many questions over the phone or via text on WhatsApp and they’ve always been responsive. Another great thing is their location is on the ground floor, so no climbing stairs with cat carriers. I’ve even seen them taking in a local stray cat that got injured, which is very kind and humane. Sometimes I wish they could be a little less rough when handling fearful kitties and use treats instead (though I know not all cats respond to that :). But I've seen other vets in Egypt and I’m really happy I found Vetology! They will be my vet inshallah for as long as I’m in this area.
