I had a very disappointing experience at Willys Restaurant. The cashier had a rude attitude and kept making unfriendly facial expressions, which made the interaction uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, I ordered a meal with extra fries and a cola, but instead of offering it as a combo (which would have been cheaper), the cashier charged everything separately without informing me — causing me to pay more than necessary. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful and transparent. I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

Food there is good, though other branches are still better, there isn’t table service for no reason, and the chairs are just horrible

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The burger patties were badly overcooked, with some parts actually burnt. The buns were soaking wet, which completely ruined the texture of the sandwiches. One burger oddly tasted like beans, while the other had an unpleasant flavor similar to dust from a vacuum cleaner. The only redeeming part of the visit was the cream soda, which was genuinely good. Other than that, the food quality was far below expectations and definitely needs serious improvement.

Willy’s Kitchen is a culinary gem! The food is not just great but downright tasty. The burgers are a standout, boasting a deliciousness that’s hard to match. The ambiance is superb, creating a beautiful atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. What’s impressive is that the food consistently arrives hot, maintaining its flavors. The appetizers are a delightful prelude to the main course, making every aspect of this place truly great.
