I have been a member of Your Gym Ladies for three years, and throughout this time I have always been a regular member, treating everyone with respect and kindness. I am subscribed to both the gym and swimming facilities, and I have always considered myself a loyal and committed member. Unfortunately, I was recently treated in a way that I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The way I was spoken to and dealt with by a member of the management team was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and, in my opinion, completely unfair. What disappointed me the most is that after three years as a loyal member, I expected to be treated with basic respect and consideration. Instead, the approach I experienced felt authoritarian and unnecessarily harsh. I truly believe that the way a business treats its loyal members, especially when dealing with an issue or disagreement, says a lot about its management and values. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how members are treated in the future.

I first joined this gym about five years ago, and back then it was a good experience. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and I honestly had nothing negative to say about it. After moving away and later returning to Cairo, I decided to join again. Unfortunately, I found that the gym had declined significantly in quality and no longer felt like the place I remembered. The first thing you notice is the reception staff. They come across as very unfriendly, dry, and unwelcoming. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels negative. There also seems to be a recurring issue with their facial recognition system, which makes entering the gym more frustrating than it should be. Instead of feeling welcomed, you often feel like you’re inconveniencing the staff. As for the coaches, I honestly didn’t feel that they genuinely cared about the members. I see many women coming in full of hope and motivation, wanting to improve their health and their lives. Unfortunately, they don’t receive the attention and guidance they deserve. Most of the coaches seem to do the bare minimum, with very little follow-up or genuine support to help members achieve their goals. It’s genuinely dishearten

Horrible sales manager Donia who has no skills whatsoever she’s trying to scam you into higher price when you know the price is lower, she’s coming from streets really , my complaint will be made to higher management about her rude and unprofessional attitude , she’s repelling and makes gym have losses as she has no communication skills. I was going to sign up along with my friend but after her scam I will not, I’m sure there are plenty of customers lost because of her. Looks like she gives you higher price and takes some money for herself. Shocked such people like Donia are employed there - firstly very very bad manners and attitude , unhelpful person overall. You should employ better people who have people skills. Gym facilities are good overall but you need to replace people working there as many lack necessary training and experience and any skills whatsoever. HR should do better.

Great gym and facilities, If I’m being Fair it’s one of the best ladies only gym but that doesn’t include the staff, everyone has an attitude, I don’t think the staff were ever taught how to communicate with the clients. They dont quiet understand the system and their rules and regulations thus they find it hard to deliver. Their energy isn’t so welcoming. If you do manage to see through their attitude tho then it’s definitely a good enough place to train.
