Not really welcoming but have a variety of deserts the area crowded and hard to find a parking maybe other branches are better but not really recommended this branch

I had a disappointing experience here. I was told to come at a specific time the next day to get a certain dessert, but when I arrived, it was already sold out. No one mentioned the option to reserve it. What made things worse was the inconsistent communication—one staff member said the item never arrived, while another said it was sold out. This lack of transparency and coordination felt unprofessional. Overall, the staff didn’t seem customer-oriented or willing to take responsibility or offer solutions. Definitely an area that needs improvement.

We went to grab their famous basbousa as giveaways,,, the airport wrapping was efficient,,, highly recommended for basbosa & they have other branches

Their oriental sweets are terrible. I bought Halewt al Jiben and only God knows what was the filling - it should be fresh ashta and they put white lard. I even melted in the microwave to identify it! The outter shell was reasonable to eat on it's own. Huge disappointment.
