I have been a loyal customer of Coppermelt for years, frequently placing large orders. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered cake pops as part of a big order through Talabat, but when I opened the box to display them for my guests, I was shocked to find the cake pops completely destroyed. This isn’t an issue of mishandling during delivery but a clear problem with the brand’s packaging. The box used for the cake pops is far too high, allowing them to roll around and get damaged during transportation. Proper packaging with a reasonable height that secures the cake pops in place would have prevented this. I would like to add that I recently ordered cake pops from La Poire, and they arrived in perfect condition because they used proper packaging with the right height to keep everything secure. Please take a look at your competition for obvious solutions and take accountability. Despite reaching out to both Talabat and the branch, there was no resolution or accountability, leaving me to deal with the mess and embarrassment in front of my guests.
