We had a good experience at Kasr El Kababgi. The food was good, but it wasn't exceptional. What really stood out was the service—Sammar was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and greeted us with such a warm smile. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and was very attentive throughout our visit. Her kindness definitely made the experience more enjoyable. Thank you, Sammar!

Big restaurant with many comfortable dinning seats. Servants were welcoming, attentive and fast. The quality & quantity of food we ordered were both great and satisfying! The food we ordered was fresh, hot and delicious. The washroom was clean. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
