A warm and welcoming experience with amazing staff and excellent service. It was the perfect getaway from the city’s non-stop energy, and the sun-drenched balcony was the perfect spot to start the day. We'll definitely be booking again soon!

We are still waiting on refund. It is wrong advertised on booking.com. They wrote it s quiet and we are opposite loud road. We booked because it was written bath tub and spa and there is none. The door is broken and has been forced previously.... The towels are dirty .... The water fountain was empty... at the end it was too uncomfortable... We have not stayed in this hotel. And had to pay another hotel somewhere else... Please act accordingly.... And react on our booking.com.request...

A special thank-you goes to Esraa the Management, Habiba, and Essam at the front desk, who were always helpful, friendly, and incredibly professional in every interaction. Also to Mohamed, the talented chef working the afternoon shift: although there are many food spots nearby, I preferred to eat at the hotel restaurant almost every day – the food was not
