Surprisingly very good smashed burgers and perfect hot fries ! But Service should be faster , and The stuff should be more professional.

It was past 1am when I arrived. There was no one in the restaurant. There were 3 staff members working behind the counters. The dining area looks very old and needs a touch-up. All the tables had food on them. I ordered the shroom burger, single patty, and hold the mayo. I added fries and Spiro Spathis Cola. The food was ready 16 mns later. The burger was drenched in cheese and had a few mushrooms. I removed some of the cheese sauce to try and taste the actual patty. The fries were strongly seasoned. The tomato slice and lettuce on the patty were hot and wilted. 5 mns after eating the burger and fries, I threw it all up. 220 for this meal. I do not recommend.

Not usually a fan of smashed patties, but I ordered a Triple Caramelised and it was actually really tasty! Wish I took a better photo because it’s actually a huge size burger, full of sauce and flavour

Valencia Restaurant: A Downtown Gem for Burger Lovers Valencia Restaurant in downtown Cairo is a true hidden gem for burger enthusiasts. From the moment I stepped inside, The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. But the real stars of the show are undoubtedly the burgers. I opted for the classic beef burger, and it was cooked to perfection – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The accompanying fries were crispy and golden brown, and the onion rings were perfectly battered and delightfully crunchy. What truly sets Valencia apart is the quality of its ingredients. You can taste the freshness in every bite. The beef was high-quality, and the buns were soft and perfectly toasted. Overall: Valencia Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving a delicious and satisfying burger experience in downtown Cairo. The friendly service and exceptional food quality make it a standout choice. Highly recommended! And don't forget to order Hell Fries Sauce it's not that much it's very light spicy but it will add more delicious taste to your meal 😋
