Do not visit. I specifically asked for IDEXX tests for my dogs and confirmed it three separate times. When the results came back, they were sent as normal test results. When I asked for the actual IDEXX results—the ones I paid for the doctor suddenly said he would refund me because he “didn’t like” that I was asking for what I originally requested. They kept trying to lie and claim the results were correct, then changed their story and said “maybe the lab is the issue.” They are not to be trusted at all. Dr. Ayman is the one who tried to scam and gaslight me for simply asking for the service I paid for.

Best vet in town! Highly recommend this professional, gentle, and knowledgeable team that treats both animals and their caretakers with the utmost respect. Dr. Ayman and his team show incredible patience, genuine compassion, and deep expertise in every visit. You can tell they truly care about every pet that walks through their doors. Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more serious, they always go above and beyond. So grateful to have found them!

Such a horrible experience, at first they seemed super professional but as soon as I left, everything changed and when I was waiting for a super important test result, that they claimed they would have it ready in 4 hours, they said they dont have the materials so I would have to wait 21 days, when I said I need to know they just texted me on WhatsApp to come get my money and they will destroy the sample as if I am returning a piece of clothing not a super important test for a dog. Disappointing to say the least.
