I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with the acrylic removal service. The technician was kind and did try to check whether I was okay, despite the language barrier. However, the removal itself was extremely painful and poorly handled. My natural nails were aggressively over-filed with an e-file, to the point that my cuticles were damaged and my fingers were left bleeding and throbbing (see photos). Throughout the hour-long appointment, I was visibly tense due to how deeply and forcefully the e-file was used. On several occasions, the drill slipped and hit my skin, causing sharp pain and making me reflexively pull my hands away. This should not happen during a professional nail removal. I came in specifically to remove my acrylics so I could get stick-on nails for an upcoming wedding, but my nails are now so thin and damaged that this is no longer possible (which is really disappointing). Additionally, I was charged 400 EGP for the removal, which feels disproportionate and significantly higher than comparable prices I’ve paid elsewhere in Cairo. I sincerely hope this was not influenced by the fact that I am a foreigner. Updat

Highly recommended! I did my hair, nails, and a pedicure, everything was fast, professional and with care. Stuff were incredibly friendly and the place was cozy and clean.

I don’t leave reviews but I need to acknowledge their constant professionalism; i went yesterday to the salon for a pedicure and a simple manicure for my engagement on top of the fact that i was late and in a rush, my nail was completely broken it almost fell off however Aya was my hero 🦸🏻‍♀️❤️ she fixed it and did my nails beautifully it lasted the whole day & it doesn’t look fixed at all. thanks a lot❤️❤️❤️

The place is so nice and clean. The girls that work there are absolutely amazing. Best nails I have got in Cairo and I have tried several places. They are so wonderful there and I am so happy and satisfied with my nails. They really take their time to clean and perfect the process. Definitely recommend.
