I have been getting my nails done in Egypt for 10 years, and I have never experienced anything as unprofessional as this. We called in advance to book an appointment and agreed on the price of the service. However, after only half of what I had requested was done, I was told that the price was much higher than what had been agreed over the phone. The quality of the service was extremely poor. The nail technician did not know how to use the electric nail drill properly and cut my fingers until they bled, leaving them swollen. Instead of strengthening my nails with builder gel as I had requested, she simply removed the old color and applied a new one. When I asked why the price was different from what we had agreed on, the owner started speaking to me in a very rude and aggressive tone and even argued with my husband. I am extremely disappointed. The service was unprofessional, the technician lacked the necessary skills, and the customer service was unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this salon.

Ramy is the best hairdresser! I’ve been going to Ramy for 7 years. He is not just a hairdresser. He is an artist and a perfectionist. Highly recommend for cutting, dying, treatments, and styling. Ramy’s brother Mohammed is a great asset to the salon and especially skillful at dying hair. The brothers are wonderful at everything you can possible want for your hair.

I had such an amazing experience with Nada, Malak and Sarah. They are extremely talented and super nice and kind people. Friendly atmosphere you feel like you’re at home with family. I definitely recommend them and will come back again. They offer a lot of services and they are so flexible. I am very thankful for them.

I highly recommend Ramy and his team. Ramy truly understands hair and color theory. As someone who has colored their hair so many times, I appreciate that he isn’t afraid to recommend what is actually best for your hair rather than simply saying yes to every request. His expertise and honesty are exactly why I trust him. The color he created is beautiful and perfectly suited to me. You can tell he has a deep understanding of tone and how color develops over time. What also stood out was how attentive everyone was throughout the appointment. They constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of If you’re looking for a stylist who genuinely knows what he’s doing and cares about his clients, I highly recommend Ramy😊
