The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. A special thanks to Mrs. Aya Shawal from the reception team for her kindness, professionalism, and respect throughout our stay. She was very helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable, she really deserves all the best. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Be careful Here cheaters and liars work We made booking online and paid online Then guest paid on spot after check out too They confirmed they will cancel online booking and will make refund online But in the end We didnt get refund And paid twice for booking We asked hotel help us to comfirm cancellation So we could get money back But they rejected Shame on you Its happened in Muslim country I cant believe it They are afraid nothig ... Dear Nada Abd Elrazek and all hotel team, Allah will punish you for this Be sure So bad people here Highly not recomended

Rooms aren’t so spacious, the apartment looks a bit old and dull, if you would stay there I advice to reserve one that faces the Main Street, as the back viewing ones are very hot in summer with the absence of Air conditioning, those rooms facing the Main Street though offer some breeze at night. Room service is very limited but they do respond quite fast to any issue you report to the receptionist. The location though is superior, you are surrounded with every place your mind can think of. Public transport is abundant in the area via Tiaran street. And Nasr road. Only recommend this place during winter or in summer in case you are reserving a room with AC Main Street view.

The rooms are very good and nice and clean. Restaurant needs urgent wake up call regarding service. Worst service we had in entire trip. Waiting 47min for a waiter to assist while only 7 people in the restaurant. Food is good but 90% of the menu you are told sorry not available. No butter for bread and no jam. Pool is nice but close at 3pm. This is totally stupid in summer especially for guests with children. Reception is a total disaster with inexperienced staff. Did not know that they are dealing with a hospitality professional and tried to tell me a bunch of bs. Lots of frustration caused here. The housekeeping ladies are friendly and really doing a great job. Unfortunately the rest of the service is non existing and the fact that my husband already had to travel home made communication difficult as staff is not really efficient in English. Stay was nice but the reception and restaurant service made it a visit to be forgotten hopefully very soon.
