فندق القاهرة

Very disappointing and unprofessional hotel I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. We booked and fully paid for a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were informed that no deluxe rooms were available. Instead of offering a proper solution, we were downgraded to an economy room. The staff refused to refund the difference or take responsibility, and we had to escalate the case through Trip.com to resolve it. The overall service was extremely poor. The front desk lacked professionalism, communication was rude, and there was no effort to handle the situation properly. During a previous stay, we also witnessed a serious incident where staff members were shouting and almost getting into a physical confrontation with housekeeping. This creates an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for guests. For anyone considering this hotel: do not rely on what you book online, and do not expect professional service. There are much better options in Cairo for just a slightly higher price.

My stay at Grand Cairo lasted for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel staff is very nice, they arranged for me the breakfast in the morning and asked for my wellbeing. Also i booked with them the shuttle car to the airport and Isham helped me a lot with that. The service given is according to what i paid and to what i expected as a solo traveler. The location is also very nice since everything is walking distance and uber drivers are around the area 24/7. This is how the entrance looks like.
