I had a very good experience at Mövenpick. The hotel is large and has plenty of facilities and activities to enjoy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is decent with a reasonable variety of options. There is more than one pool, along with an aqua park and a kids’ play area, which makes it a great choice for families with children. The main thing that could be improved is the pool temperature during winter. The pools would be much more enjoyable if they were properly heated during the colder months. Overall, it’s a large, family-friendly hotel with spacious rooms and lots of facilities, making it a good option for a relaxing stay, especially with kids.

From the first day, everything was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an Executive Room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mohamed at the Front Desk for his warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. He made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Mohamed, the B Shift Manager, for his support and professionalism. The entire Front Office team was always friendly, respectful, and happy to help. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant on two consecutive nights, and Mr. Tharwat took great care of us every time. His attention and genuine hospitality made the experience even more special. We ended our stay at the Asian restaurant, where Mr. Wael gave us an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. He helped us choose the right dishes, paid attention to every detail, and made us feel very well looked after. I would also like to thank Mr. Alaa for his professional and efficient service. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. The people are what made this experience special, and I would be happy to come back again

From the moment we stepped into the reception, our experience was fantastic. Ali and Ramy were absolutely amazing—incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room was ready on time with the extra bed already set up for my child, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely fruit basket waiting for us. A special shout-out goes to Rania from Guest Relations. When I mentioned it was my brother's birthday, she went above and beyond to make the day extra special—she decorated the room beautifully and even coordinated with the restaurant staff to surprise him with a celebratory cake and birthday wishes during dinner. That level of care truly touched us. The entertainment was top-notch; there was a great show after the reception that kept the kids thoroughly entertained. We also spent a lot of time at the aqua park, which was a huge hit with both the children and myself. I must also mention the restaurant—it has clearly undergone a huge renovation and is now better than ever, with delicious food and excellent service (special thanks to merna). We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be repeating this experience. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Cairo-Media City. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable, and offers a great atmosphere. The facilities, cleanliness, food, and overall service were all excellent and made our stay extremely enjoyable. What really made the difference, however, was the professionalism and kindness of the management team. I would especially like to thank Ahmed, the Front Office Manager, for his support and dedication regarding a reservation issue I experienced. Him and his team were attentive, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help and support us throughout the situation. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care perfectly reflect the high standards of the hotel. Experiences like this are what make guests want to come back again. A sincere thank you to Ahmed and the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience.
