A very special thanks to Ahmed, who was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always greeted everyone with a warm smile. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Special thanks as well to Mariam, who was cheerful, friendly, and always positive. She made every interaction enjoyable and made us feel at home. I'd also like to thank Ali and Ziad for their kindness, support, and excellent service throughout my stay. You all made this experience memorable. Thank you, and I hope to see you again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Its proximity to the areas I frequently visit in 6 October—and other nearby locations—made it extremely convenient. The staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout my visit. I would especially like to commend Ahmed and Mariam at reception, as well as Dina from housekeeping, for their outstanding hospitality and assistance.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here, and the breakfast experience was a major highlight of our trip. A huge thank you to our server, Mostafa, who went completely above and beyond for our family. He was incredibly helpful and attentive every single morning. What truly stood out was how warmly he interacted with our baby, taking the time to play with them and make them smile. He was also extremely thoughtful, ensuring we had plenty of extra food for our baby. Mostafa and the entire breakfast team provided outstanding, genuine hospitality that made traveling as a family so much easier and more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and its fantastic staff!
