IKARDIO GYM Nasr City branch

I liked the space, almost everything you need is there. I liked training in the morning and the evenings the natural lighting is beautiful. Sanity workers clean the floor and the equipment frequently and regularly. The only downside is that the gym needs a little more variation in machines. They have all the basic stuff though.

This gym truly feels like a second home to me. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, like a family. The coaches are supportive and always push you to achieve your goals. I’ve grown so much here, not just physically but mentally too. Every workout feels like an achievement. Highly recommended.

I've never seen anything like this before. The fitness manager seems more focused on trying to personally train clients rather than managing the gym. While the gym itself is a good space, it's not being utilized effectively. The sales team lacks honesty, often making promises they don't keep. Additionally, the trainers are constantly pushing personal training sessions, which feels more like a sales pitch than genuine help. Overall, it's a frustrating experience.
