We visited Latino Café & Restaurant in Cairo as two families, a group of 9 people including two children aged 2 and 5 years old. After being seated, we were given a QR code. We assumed it was for placing our orders, so everyone spent nearly 30 minutes reviewing the menu and trying to order through it. When a waiter finally came to our table, he asked for our order. We explained that we had been trying to order through the QR code, only to be told that ordering through it was not possible. This information should have been communicated to us from the beginning, as it caused us to waste a considerable amount of time. After we placed our order, only part of the food arrived, and it arrived very late. The remaining items never arrived at all. After we complained, two more dishes were brought, but one item was still missing and was never served. Eventually, we had to cancel it.we ordered two more water and soft drink did not arrived untill we complained after 15 minutes. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. We did not receive a proper apology for the inconvenience, and when we raised our concerns with the maître d' / floor manager, no action was taken to resolve

The falafel was good, but the salad was watery, and they only served two pieces of bread, which was nowhere near enough for the breakfast. We asked for extra bread, and no one mentioned it would be charged separately, so we were surprised by the bill at the end. I had invited my boyfriend, and unfortunately he didn’t like the food, which disappointed me.

I didn't like the service. Downright disdainful. When we asked for the manager, the waiter seemed to lead us to a table, but in fact, he was carrying the bill for another customer. He turned around when he saw us, confused, and waved his hand towards an empty table. We sat down. The menu is only online, and there is no Wi-Fi. It's assumed that if you have an online menu, then give us internet too. We had to chase down the waiters for both the order and the check. We asked for our food to go, and they forgot. We had to remind them at the entrance. At least the waiter cared. He ran around looking for our order and bag. The manager just stood there and talked on the phone. Another administrator just walked around. No one greeted or said goodbye. a very inhospitable place.

Liked the food, good portion size. Friendly staff and the guy at the reservation area was extremely helpful. They rearranged our sitting to a warmer area because it was very cold on terrace... It was too busy time but still they helped us out as we were with kids. Highly appreciated and recommended 👌
