Wassily bakery is an absolute gem! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked goods. Their sourdough bread is simply divine—crispy on the outside, soft and perfectly chewy on the inside. You can really taste the craftsmanship in every bite. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or stocking up on bread for the week, Wassily never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality baked goods!

It used to be better a few years ago , but it is still not bad , a little pricey maybe over priced in some items but you still get good quality in return! I tried their Roumi Cheese paté for 13.50 EGP, the taste was not bad and the size of it was okay. I also liked the decor and how it instantly makes you feel like you instantly travelled back in time.

Clean, fresh, and delicious food. A lot of different options (bread, cookies, small pizzas).The service is fast and the bread is always fresh out of the oven. Located in downtown near Ramses. The place doesn't offer dinning in, it is a bakery for takeout only. Bring your own bag if you like to reduce waste, but some food is pre packed.
