Honestly, very disappointed with my experience worst gym ever. Many of the gym machines have been out of service for weeks, and there doesn’t seem to be a clear timeline for when they will be fixed. On top of that, my AirPods accidentally fell inside one of the machines, and I was told that it would take weeks to get them out because the machine needs to be serviced. I understand that accidents happen, but I expected much better maintenance and customer service from the gym. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the maintenance of the equipment and the way they handle situations like this

Honestly one of the worst gym experiences. They told me when I signed up that everything is included… turns out that’s not true at all. They also claim there are trainers on the floor to help, but that’s a joke. The trainers are super rude and act like you’re bothering them. I asked one where the weights are and she said “it’s not my job” Ended up getting help from another member, not the staff. Even called one of the staff because the machine I was using had an issue, and she literally looked at me and ignored me. Not enough equipment for classes people literally have to work out without weights or mats, which makes the class useless. Wouldn’t recommend. Better find a gym that actually respects its members.

This gym is very bad. They told me several times that someone would contact me, but no one answered me. I still haven't gotten my money back, and I've only been in this place for one day. This is theft!!!

I’ve been a member of a few gyms here in Egypt, peak gym, titanium plus, fiber’s Heliopolis and I have visited a number of other gyms. What I can say is, I like this gym the most, and for these reasons: They never hackle and annoy you to take coaching sessions. The coaches are focused on their work with the trainees, but they will take time to answer questions and direct you as needed. All of the staff is friendly and personable and so are the other members of the gym. There are a wide variety of members, older women trying to stay healthy and fit, moms, and workout enthusiasts. The members have different levels of experience and training, but everyone is always giving it their best effort. Everyone has a goal and is working for that every day. So there is a nice vibe. Some of the equipment is old and not working properly, but there is a lot of equipment in the gym and there is enough variety that you can substitute one machine or workout for another and still reach your exercise goal. Just be flexible and speak to the trainers about alternative options. The gym is definitely clean and there are a lot of staff wiping and cleaning around you at all times… 😅 Overall, I reall
