Against all odds, Milo made it through ❤️ Milo, a brave little Poodle kid, was admitted to the ICU suffering from severe Parvovirus infection in an extremely critical condition. At one point, his chances of survival were estimated to be less than 1%… but he kept fighting every single day. With intensive care, continuous monitoring, dedicated treatment, and a lot of love and patience, Milo gradually started recovering until he was finally able to leave the hospital safely and return home to his family 🐾 Cases like Milo remind us why we never give up. Seeing him walk out healthy after such a difficult battle is truly priceless. We are incredibly proud to have been part of his recovery journey and wish him a long, happy, and healthy life 🤍

I can’t thank the team at Palm Pets Animal Hospital enough for what they did for my cat, Kory. For 10 days, the ICU team showed an incredible level of dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. From the very first moment, I could see how organized, attentive, and detail-oriented they were. The hygiene standards were outstanding, and everything was handled with the highest level of cleanliness and safety. Kory was in a critical condition due to poisoning and required a blood transfusion. Thanks to the expertise and continuous monitoring of the ICU doctors, he made a full recovery. Special thanks to the ICU team for their patience, commitment, and constant updates that kept me reassured throughout the whole journey. Palm Pets is not just a veterinary hospital, it’s a place where animals are treated with real care and compassion. Highly recommended.

Sometimes love and medicine aren’t enough to change the outcome, but having a doctor who truly cares makes an unbearable situation a little less painful. 42 days ago my cat Jojo stopped eating i searched for an emergency hospital and I went to Palm Pets Animal Hospital and unfortunately I discovered that my jojo has a kidney failure in latest stage 😞 they supported me during one of the most difficult experiences of my life. Even though Jojo eventually passed away 😢 I will always be grateful for the care, honesty, and compassion the team (Dr. Ahmed / Dr. Hamza/ Dr. Medhat/Dr. Bayan) treated my Jojo, with care, patience, and respect during his illness, and for that I am deeply grateful. I would especially like to thank Dr. Hamza Ghanem, He took Jojo’s condition seriously, explained things clearly, and never made us feel rushed or ignored. He did everything he could to help, and more importantly, he treated Jojo with gentleness and dignity, not just as a case, but as a beloved family member and even it was a serious condition he never give up on him 🙏🏽 Thank you to the entire team for your efforts, your honesty, and your humanity.

I’ve been trusting Doctor Ahmed with my dogs for over six years now, across three different pets, and I can confidently say he is the best. He is very honest, never commercial, and always goes the extra mile to make sure my dogs are healthy and cared for. He was the only one who accepted to check my dog who was close to death at 3 AM during curfew at COVID time. He treats pets with humanity and care, not just for business. I also appreciate the fact that he explains to us thoroughly what are the diagnosis, what are the medications for, and how to help our pets heal faster! I truly admire this about him! His team is just as professional and dedicated as he is, and together they provide excellent 24/7 support. For me, Doctor Ahmed is the only one I truly trust when it comes to my dog. I highly recommend him and his kennel—absolutely the best. Update: My dog got bitten by another dog, and again Dr Ahmed was there to save us explaining step by step what we should do, doing the necessary xray scans so we understand what’s happening and know how to deal with the situation. I have two dogs and I’ve been taking them to Dr. Ahmed since they were puppies. I really trust him because he is extremely kind and gives so much attention to the dogs. He truly treats them like kids. I’m so happy with him, and I always tell everyone to take their dogs to this doctor. He even calls you to remind you about vaccinations and anything else your dog might need.
