I’ve been a regular customer for over 3 years. The atmosphere is always calm and pleasant, and that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. However, there are a few issues that really need attention. Every time we visit, the quality control staff member keeps asking us to leave a 5-star review in exchange for free ice cream. It feels very pushy and doesn’t stop until you do it. Honestly, I’d rather enjoy my meal without being pressured to leave a review. Another issue is the inconsistency in the food quality. Sometimes everything is fresh and tastes great, but other times the food is cold and clearly not as fresh. The quality control doesn’t seem consistent at all. The cleanliness also needs improvement. The soy sauce dishes are often not properly clean, and almost every visit I have to ask for a replacement. I genuinely like this place and have been a loyal customer for years, which is why it’s disappointing to see these issues continue. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on consistency, cleanliness, and allowing customers to leave reviews voluntarily rather than feeling pressured.

I usually come here to study during exam seasons. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, especially when accompanied by soft lo-fi music playing in the background. They also offer a variety of interesting coffee options that pair well with their food selections. Among my personal favourites are the Creamy Seafood Pasta and Shrimp Pasta — these are my must-order dishes whenever I visit. The ambience is also perfect for gathering with friends or celebrating special occasions such as birthdays. Overall, it's a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy good food while spending quality time.

Nice place. Suitable for release tension, release our mind. The price is standard. Maybe the owner can improve to ready the tissue to improvement the customer to the next time. Always come back🌹

I had a really great experience at this sushi place. The sushi was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. I especially loved how balanced the taste was—nothing felt too overpowering, and you could really appreciate the quality of the ingredients.

The 'Quality Control Head' (a middle-aged man with short greying hair, a clean-shaven face, and a heavy build) kept nagging us to leave 5-star reviews in exchange for free ice cream, insisting that 'everyone does it.' He persisted even while we were eating and was rude enough to touch my phone to post the review himself. The level of entitlement was unbelievable. To top it off, we didn't even get any ice cream. As for the food: absolute scam. They are charging 245 EGP to serve Italian Fettuccine/Linguine pasta and calling it ramen. The noodles were pale, flat, and had that weird, dense firmness of undercooked pasta—completely lacking the bounce and chew of real ramen. To make it worse, they filled the bowl with red cabbage—a cheap salad filler that has no place in authentic ramen. I checked past reviews and saw customers complaining about the 'pasta noodles' over a year ago. The owner replied promising 'classic ramen ASAP,' yet here we are a year later, still being served this abomination.
