Vinny's Pizza - Heliopolis branch review So i have been eating at vinnys since their first branch in Maadi, I ate at Zamalek's branch a lot as well, and I have tried Heliopolis' branch multiple times, and I have always had the same comment and feedback with this branch, I take feedback very seriously, and I used to take my time filling their feedback cards to help them out. So, last night, I decided to eat at vinnys and try thei new pizzas, the branch was overcrowded and as I was placing the order, other customers were complaining about their order being late, so I deliberately asked the staff to take their time with my order and they do not need to rush it at all as I haven't eaten Pizza for half a year and I want to savor that moment, so I do not mind waiting extra, and here is the main problem with this branch, it is the staff, chatgpt is more human and empathetic than they are, so I got the zombie response of yeah sure dude, thumbs up. Moving forward, the order was served within 20 mins, and I give them props for that, "excluding the half teriyaki chicken from the next segment because it was actually good" but they apparently forgot the toppings, and they made the crust in th

A wonderful restaurant, one of the restaurants that really does what is said about it, there is no fault in it. The atmosphere is wonderful because of its simplicity. The service is more than wonderful. The cook is very respectful. Bravo. The pizza there is a story. You really need to try it. The quality of the services with which the pizza is made is worth a try.A simple and small addition. You need to look at the chicken wings seasoning because it is not the best thing and everything will be fine. In the end, thank you, Vinny's Pizza. ♥

I came here to celebrate my fiance's birthday and he enjoyed the food, I was so satisfied with everything and will come back again. The creamy chicken ranch was superb, totally recommend it. You might wait for some time to enter but it's worth it.

First of all, the service was superb and all the staff were so friendly. We waited only for 2 minutes until we got in. The food took about 35 minutes because the place was totally packed, the thing I noticed was the overwhelming smell at the place, it's not a bad smell, but because there's not enough ventilation, as all the smells from the pizzas and sauces are just overwhelming, but it's bearable. I tried the 250LE combo which consists of one large pizza, 2 sides (you can pick only 2 from fries, wings & garlic bites) and the lotus bomb or nutella madness. We ordered the pizza in 2 halves, chicken club & double pepperoni, and we picked the cheese crust and not the classic crust. The double pepperoni was packed in cheese and was delicious, but I didn't taste the tomato sauce, which is supposed to be essential in any pepperoni pizza, but overall it was good. On the other hand, I didn't like the chicken club as much, as it was overwhelmingly covered in sauces and it ruined the taste of the pizza. The fries was nice and seasoned well, while the garlic bread was so bad, it was like eating plain bread and its texture is somewhat similar to zalabya. The lotus bomb was a very big dis
