Eating out in Egypt runs late: dinner often starts after 20:00, and many restaurants and cafés stay open until midnight and beyond, especially on Thursday nights and in summer. Delivery is everywhere, either by calling the restaurant or through apps such as Talabat and elmenus, sometimes with different prices and offers on each. Many restaurants add a 12 % service charge and 14 % VAT to the bill, so ask for the final price; tipping is customary but optional. During Ramadan the timings shift, with the main rush at iftar and service running on towards suhoor.
Opening hours are published for all seven days of the week. The most common schedule is 12:00–23:30. Timings usually change during Ramadan, at Eid and on other public holidays, and some shops open later on Friday around midday prayers, so call before a long trip. This business is in Maadi, Cairo Governorate, part of Greater Cairo, Egypt's capital and the largest urban area in the Arab world, spreading along both banks of the Nile from Downtown, Zamalek, Garden City, Heliopolis and Maadi to new cities such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the New Administrative Capital, with the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum on its edge. The Cairo Metro's three lines link many districts, but traffic is part of daily life, so allow extra time at rush hour. Summers are hot and dry, winters mild with little rain, and streets and shops stay busy late into the night.

This place is very cozy and nice, the staff were great and polite, and the food came out very quickly. We ordered braesola pizza, carbonara pasta, braesola salad, and gambari in red sauce with peppers. The gambari was super delicious and unique and a little spicy I loved it. The braesola salad was good but the carbonara pasta was super high quality and delicious. The only thing I thought was not the best was the braesola pizza. The pizza base itself isn't very good, the cheese tastes poor and it was very very oily and kinda reminded me of pizza from the nady. Other than that, it was a very good meal and I recommend coming here.

Vittorio’s is a nice little Italian restaurant that I like to go to every once in a while. It is never too crowded and provides a consistent quality of food every time I go. This time, we ordered the Filetto Diana and the Risotto Funghi. We ordered it Medium, and I have to say that Vittorio’s is one of those rare places here in Egypt that doesn’t usually overcook the meat and often serves it as a perfect pink. The meat was tender. The brown mushroom sauce complemented the meat, mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables AND the risotto really well. The sauce was very rich. It 𝘸𝘢𝘴 a bit salty, but the creaminess of risotto really rounded things out. The risotto came out HOT! The saltiness of the grated parmesan cheese with the umami of the mushroom paired really well together. Finally, disaster struck. I had always wanted to try their Tiramisu, but I never did, so I was determined to try it this time. Big mistake. The tiramisu was, for the lack of a better word, bad. The lady fingers were cakey, the mascarpone cream was dry and it was topped off with what seemed like brown sugar. It lacked a strong coffee flavor, which was disappointing. Overall, I still love this place but I cannot vouch

Had lunch today at Vittorios and the experience was genuinely satisfying. The prices were reasonable, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent. I especially want to thank the owner, who was extremely polite and welcoming. I ordered the beef fillet with peppercorn sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. My only note is that the sauce was a bit too much for my preference, so next time I’ll ask for it on the side. Definitely not my last visit.

Try this place out for the first time ordering an online for delivery completely disappointing. The salad was soggy, and the greens didn’t look like the picture. The eggplant lasagna was super watery. The stuffed mushrooms was not crispy and soggy and then the fettuccine Alfredo look like soup definitely not worth it.
