I have been dealing with WHAM clinics for over 6 years and they are just amazing. With my visit today, I had therapist Reem and she was more than wonderful. She is friendly, welcoming and very efficient. Thank you for constantly providing great experiences.

Esraa Allam is one of the best specialists I’ve dealt with. She is extremely professional, friendly, and pays attention to every detail. She made the whole experience so comfortable and easy for me. I’m really happy with the service and I highly recommend her

Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Dr. Esraa Allam is very friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable. She also takes the time to assess your skin and hair type before starting, which made me feel confident I was in good hands. The sessions are quick and not as painful as I expected, and I’m already seeing great results. The place is super clean and the staff are really nice too. Definitely recommend!

I honestly had the worst experience with this clinic Before coming here, I had already done five sessions at another clinic using the cynosure laser, and the results were amazing with almost zero hair growth. At wham clinic, during my very first session, they convinced me to switch to the Candela laser only because the waiting time for Soprano would “take longer” even though I already had a booked appointment and scheduled time. They also pushed me to laser areas my previous doctor told me not to touch because the hair was too light A few days later, my hair started growing back everywhere, including areas that were never a problem before. It honestly feels like they ruined all the progress from my previous sessions. When I contacted them, their response was offering a consultation just to “explain the hair growth cycle” instead of actually solving the issue. I truly regret trusting this clinic, and I would never recommend it to anyone 👎🏻👎🏻

This low rating applies to both the call center and the branch. Unfortunately, their respect for clients’ time is extremely poor. The way appointments are scheduled gives the impression that punctuality is strictly enforced; however, in reality, delays on their side are frequent and never communicated. We are told that clients will be informed in case of delays at the branch, yet this never happens. It is common to wait 30–45 minutes without any explanation or update. On the other hand, arriving just 5–10 minutes late makes you feel as though you have seriously disrupted their entire schedule. I have raised this issue with several managers (Samar, Sara, and Toqa), but this branch continues to be the worst in terms of time management. That said, the technicians are excellent. I have been dealing with Omneya, Amira, and Aya for over four years; they are professional, highly skilled, and maintain an impeccable level of hygiene, which is the main reason I continue to visit despite the ongoing scheduling issues.
