I’ve visited Sip three times, and unfortunately, the quality has been different each time. The first time, the Spanish Latte was amazing, and the Chicken Pesto Sandwich was fresh and absolutely delicious. The second time, however, the sandwich had much less filling than before. On my last visit, I ordered an iced Spanish Latte, but it tasted too weak and wasn’t as good as the first one. I really hope the quality becomes more consistent because the café itself is beautiful, cozy, and a great place to relax. The staff are also friendly and welcoming.

Nice place with a great indoor location! The highlight of the visit was definitely the food and drinks. We tried the San Sebastian cheesecake, which was incredibly high quality and delicious. We also had their iced mocha, which was decent with absolutely no complaints. That being said, it is on the pricier side. The cheesecake was 250 EGP before taxes and came out to 320 EGP after taxes. It feels a bit overpriced overall, especially since there is an additional 12% service fee added to the bill. Great atmosphere and quality, just be prepared for the extra fees and premium prices!

I only ordered the strawberry matcha🍓🍵 the matcha seems to be of a good quality but not necessarily ceremonial grade. overall it wasnt too bitter and the strawberry sauce wasn't too sweet. loved the cozy vibes too🍃 I would be going again to try their coffee and desserts update: I went again and tried other items from the menu. The green apple mohito is so refreshing! and the hot latte was decent. I wanted to get their chocolate cake but was told it had been replaced with the rocher cake :/ so I ordered the rocher cake instead but it was overly sweet and didnt really have the hazelnut flavor. please bring back the chocolate cake

The cafe is nice and atmosphere especially in winter is amazing However, the coffee was not that good at all and I ordered V60 but the order took long time to be served

I finally checked out Sip in Downtown and let me tell you the honey cake is literally a moment. It is so rich and perfectly layered that it basically melts in your mouth which is exactly what you want from a top tier dessert. The coffee was also really high quality and definitely hits that specialty caffeine itch if you are picky about your brew. The only thing is that it is definitely on the pricier side for a cafe visit. You are definitely paying for that chic vibe and the location but the honey cake is so fire that it almost justifies the splurge. It is a great spot if you want to treat yourself to something fancy or if you are on a "main character" stroll through Downtown and need a solid pit stop. Just be prepared for the bill to be a little extra compared to your local neighborhood spot. Overall a solid 9/10 for the flavors alone.
