We didn't stay indoors for long, but it suited the purpose. The staff was super friendly and helpful. On the day of the checkout, we were running late for our train and i called them asking for help while i was still outside. They quickly brought my luggage and checked me out before I reached the hotel so I could rush to the station.

This was honestly one of the WORST hotel experiences I have ever had!! I stayed in room 704 as part of a large group attending a conference aka camp TBH the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, however, apart from that, there were very few positive points🤣 The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were extremely POOR. The food often seemed old, was NOT clean, and some of the chicken was UNDERCOOKED and still had blood inside. Many people in our group suffered from stomach pain and digestive problems, and sometimes we preferred not to eat at all!!! The room was spacious, but the lighting was very poor, the furniture was very old, and both the furniture and mattresses were not clean! so, this hotel does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. It felt more like student accommodation than a proper hotel

The Hotel location is close to a nice retail park, however, getting there is quite challenging: broken sidelwalks, dirtiness and car danger. The hotel atmosphere is quite basic. We saw several sports teams residing there. It is definitely not a high-standard in terms of decor The Rooms are really the weak spot. Carpets and floors were really dirty, in spite of the fact that I made several requests. In addition, there was a lot of noise. So for those who have a light sleep, it is not the right place. The staff is the strong point of the hotel. They were very helpful and trying to address all our requests with professionalism. So kudos to them! Amenities are quite limited. So the value paid for this stay seemed quite high for the standards provided. I personally do not recommend staying there or in that area.
