First time to Egypt 🇪🇬 and I already want to visit maybe find a wife 🤔 absolutely lovely place and even with me not speaking Arabic they is such a respect that I do want to learn Arabic customer service in the complex is really good, friendly and helpful I will be coming back very soon

My stay at Green Plaza Inn Hotel was below expectations. The room inside Green Plaza was very small, and the bed was also too small for a family stay. It may only be suitable for a one-night stay for a single person or couple. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was very poor — the hose was damaged and leaking water, and the drainage was not working properly. Breakfast was also very weak, consisting of only one egg, a very small plate of foul, and a small amount of cheese. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel for families. The price is relatively high compared to the room size, service, and overall experience. In comparison, Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza, which is located in the same area and even shown in the hotel photos, is a proper 4-star hotel with much better services and facilities.

The hotel has an excellent location in downtown, which is very convenient. However, the entrance is in poor condition and requires maintenance and better care

I spent more than two years staying at this hotel, that should be enough to tell you how cozy it is. The best thing about this place is service as well as the fact that it is very clean for a great price. The receptionist team are excellent, service technicians are also great. General Managers Mr. Salah and Mr. Ahmed Awad are very nice, respectable people who never turn down a request. I got to deal more directly with Mr. Awad and he is a very stand up guy, ask him for anything and he will get it done even sometimes personally himself when it came to some technical issues. What struck me the most is how clean the hotel is compared to most hotels in Alexandria and that was the main reason for my prolonged stay there. So in short, if you are looking for peace of mind in terms of a place that is clean for a very good pricing then this hotel is the right place for you. Moreover, you have numerous dining and entertainment options surrounding you as the hotel is situated inside a mall.

Was there for 1 week. Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean rooms. AC was working well and I had no issues regarding noise and other things. If you are here because of a business trip or Single, its a great choice, the nerby center with Restaurants and lot's of shops plus central location is an extra plus. Only little minus point: no safe in the room.
